BIOFEEDBACK & COLONIC TRSIT MARKER / OPAQUE MARKER

COLONIC TRASIT STUDY (OPAQUE MARKER) A colon transit time test using radio-opaque markers (CTTRM) Background: A colon transit time test using radio-opaque markers (CTTRM) is considered the gold standard for evaluating colon transit function. In most instances, constipation is considered idiopathic or functional. The total and segmental colonic transit time, traced by radio-opaque markers, makes possible the identification of the colon segment that has the motility alteration that causes constipation.
